Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days.
Please note: processing may be delayed by incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or peak seasonal demand. If any of these issues arise, we’ll reach out by email before proceeding with your order.


Shipping Times

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • International: 10–14 business days

Please note that certain factors may affect delivery times, including:

While these factors are outside of our control, we’ll always share any available updates with you.


Taxes & Duties
Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it.

  • If your order is already processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.
